SHG stands for Strictly Hard Beans. These are the best coffee beans of Guatemalan origin that grow to a height of over 1200 meters. The coffee plants are grown on natural land, shaded by spontaneous flora and the transformation is carried out with artisanal methods. The time needed to travel the mountain stretch towards the processing cooperatives generates a peculiar fermented note in the cherry. Deep-sea coffees are complex, endowed with acidity that manifests itself in different tones, rich in spicy and floral subtleties, with hints of chocolate.
