A fragrant coffee with hints of almond and fruity notes.
Colombia currently ranks third for the production of coffee in the world, a considerable quantity when compared to that of Brazil, the first absolute but with a larger territory. The Arabica of Colombia grows at high altitudes in the areas of Armenia, Medellin and Manizales where is processed with the washed method by government consortia. Much of the coffee in Colombia is defined as Supremo or Excelso to indicate the size of the bean.
In the cup it has an excellent body and similarly to Costa Rica, it doesn’t have extreme peaks in acidity.
Optimal preparation:
Ideal for moka and filter.
