The Sidamo Arabica grows in southern Ethiopia, at an altitude between 1500 and 1800 meters and is one of the most precious and popular coffees ever.
According to many scholars, the Arabica coffee plant originated in Ethiopia. From this land the plant was exported to Arab countries and subsequently took the route to India and Indonesia. There are several legends that tell of how this seed was exported and planted in other continents, giving life to what are now coffee plantations.
Sidamo is a very soft balanced origin, with excellent acidity and light body, the aftertaste is persistent and the aromas recall citrus and spicy notes.
