This arabica is born on the slopes of Kilimanjaro, at an altitude between 1200 and 2000 meters, on volcanic soil. The AA of Kenya are the product of different arabica planted on the highlands by religious and missionaries, who spread the origins of Ethiopian and Yemeni arabica between the seventeenth and nineteenth centuries. It is a highly sought after coffee for its strength and intensity, for its characteristic vinous aftertaste with marked citrus notes and hints of black currant.
