Description:
A sweet and fragrant coffee with hints of milk chocolate.
With a record spanning over 150 years, Brazil is currently the largest producer of coffee. Santos is a trade name that indicates the place of departure of the raw coffee towards the consuming countries. The “Descascado” coffees (semi-washed) receive a particular treatment from the moment of harvest; special machines separate the ripe cherries from the green ones with a powerful jet of water, which will then be left to dry in the sun without undergoing fermentation periods like the classic “washed” coffees. The cup of this coffee will have a double characteristic: the sweetness of natural Santos and the aromaticity of washed coffees.
